Parent Teacher Association (PTA)

Welcome to our Parent Teacher Association page

Glebe’s Parent Teacher Association (PTA) is a group run by friendly volunteer parents and carers. It has been an integral part of our school’s community for many years. It has raised thousands of pounds, which has been spent in a variety of ways to enhance the children's learning and development during their time at Glebe. They work closely with the school and support the provision of resources and facilities across our whole school.

The PTA is not, however, only here to raise money. They also aim to provide links between home and school by bringing staff, parents, grandparents and friends together in social situations in support of the school. These events are enjoyable and a great opportunity to make some new friends.

Threy hold many events throughout the year including: discos, fireworks night and our very successful summer fayre to name a few!

Would you like to be involved?

If you would like to become involved but feel that you can’t commit much of your time,  then don’t worry!  Whatever little time you may be able to give would be a huge help!  If you can’t attend all of our meetings, then that’s not a worry either.  That’s what volunteering is about – giving whatever you can give!

If you would like to submit suggestions for new events or would like to get involved in any of our events, please feel free to contact us.
