Sleep Workshop February 2019

Getting a good night’s sleep is vital to our health and wellbeing. Poor sleep can have negative effects on our emotional, physical and mental health, yet sleep is often overlooked when we consider our health and wellbeing.

For babies and children, getting a good night’s sleep is even more important – sleep allows babies and children to grow and develop. It is essential.

A new Sleep Game has been developed by sleep specialists. The game is designed to raise awareness of the importance of sleep for babies and children.

We will be running a ‘Sleep Workshop’ on Tuesday 5th February at 2pm and we would like to invite parents to join us and play the game.

The aims of the workshop is to help improve your knowledge of healthy sleep behaviour and learn new skills about children’s sleep.

The game is relevant for all ages and abilities and has been commissioned jointly by West Sussex County Council and Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

Come and join us for a fun afternoon to learn more about sleep. We look forward to seeing you.

Please book your place online on the school website.

Thank you
