Author Onjali Rauf met some of our Year 6 pupils

On Wednesday 22nd May, some of the Year 6 children were lucky enough to go to the Brighton Dome to meet the author Onjali Rauf. It was an amazing experience and I am so happy I got the opportunity to go.Ever since I read her book, it has been my favourite and it really has a powerful message inside it. At the venue, she explained all about her inspirational book, which is based on her real life experience of meeting refugees at Dunkirk.

I would 100% recommend this book because of the inspiring message behind it.
