The Tiger Came To Tea in Year 1

I loved our tea party and I especially liked singing ‘Old Town Road’ together at the end because that is my favourite song!

Year 1 have been finding all about ‘The Tiger Who Came to Tea’ by Judith Kerr after a real tiger came into our classroom and made a mess while we were out at break time! Thankfully the tiger left his story book so we could find out what happened and after lots of incredible writing we celebrated with a tea party and we brought our teddies along too. Luckily they were much better behaved than the tiger and they didn’t make a mess!
