Year 1 - our trip around Southwick

Year 1 had an amazing morning walking around Southwick to look at all of the different homes in the area. We found out so much and we were especially lucky because we even visited two houses! We went to Coco’s house which is beautiful and has just been built. We all loved looking at her chickens in the garden. Then we went to Max’s house which is called King Charles’ Cottage. It is very special because it is 600 years old and King Charles hid there for the night around 400 hundred years ago when he was running away from people that might have chopped off his head! What an amazing story!
